Processing & Production Time

All hair orders require 7–10 business days for production and processing before shipment. Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.

Please note that shipping times are separate from production times.

Important Notice

If you are ordering for a birthday, vacation, appointment, photoshoot, special occasion, or event, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance to allow enough time for production and delivery.

Kandi Luxe Hair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
